Barrington Street/Art Fest
Class Session 10am-11am only!
*“Rock the World”: *
(Kids ages 5-8)
Kids will have an assortment of “palm sized” rocks to choose from. Once they’ve chosen the designated number of rocks that appeal to them, they will be asked to pick a one-word description that conveys the way that rock is feeling and share with the class a day in their own life when they were feeling that way. They will write the word on the rock with a marker and paint and then decorate it with as many colors and designs as they want, to help convey the “feeling” word. We will play “rock” music while we create!

We have 4 classes running at the fair. Make sure you sign-up for the correct class.
Each of these exercises is designed to foster creative expression, self-confidence and decision making; within a safe and fun environment.
Parents can stay or leave. Children may bring a covered drink. No eating food during class. Wear something that can get messy!
